Terms and Conditions

  1. Agent Starter Cashback Promotion is available for all new agents who join Mobcash and complete the following conditions:

    •   Join Mobcash from 1 May 2026 00:00 GMT+3 to 31 May 2026 23:59 GMT+3

    •   Make a deposit of at least $100

    •   Pass security check.

  2. Cashback is credited to the agent’s account once the deposi• t has been processed.
  3. Your total cashback will be calculated based on the sum of your first deposit ($100+):

    Example 1:

    You manage a deposit of $100. Your total cashback will be $5.

    Example 2:

    You manage a deposit of $500. Your total cashback will be $50.

    Example 3:

    You manage a deposit of $5,000. Your total cashback will be $500.

  4. You also earn your agent commissions: 5% from each deposit and 2% from each withdrawal.
  5. Only new agents can join the promo.
  6. Promotion is valid only for one agent per IP address, one device, one household, and one Mobcash account.
  7. Betandyou Mobcash reserves the right to review transactions and account activity for any reason. If Betandyou Mobcash determines that an agent is participating in a fraudulent or unfair manner (at its sole discretion), it reserves the right to restrict participation and revoke any cashback or bonus.
  8. Betandyou Mobcash has the right to cancel or revoke this promotion, or to modify any of the terms at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
  9. Agents are obliged to provide Betandyou Mobcash with identification documents (KYC) if requested. If an agent fails to provide the required documents, Betandyou Mobcash has the right to revoke the cashback and any associated bonuses. The company may require a photo of the agent with their identification documents (face visible) or verification via phone at any time.
  10. If Betandyou Mobcash becomes a victim of fraud, money-laundering, or any suspicious activity related to an agent account, it has the right to close the agent’s account and freeze the remaining balance.
  11. Any decisions made by Betandyou Mobcash regarding this promotion are final and binding.
